Hush — Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 July 2026

By downloading or using Hush ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

What Hush is

Hush is a snore and sleep recorder for personal, informational use. It records audio overnight, detects likely snoring on your device, and shows you a Snore Score, a timeline, and trends.

Not a medical device

Hush is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, including sleep apnea. The Snore Score and all insights are estimates produced by an automated on-device heuristic and can be wrong. Do not rely on Hush for medical decisions. If you are concerned about your snoring, breathing, or sleep — especially if you gasp, choke, or stop breathing during sleep — consult a qualified healthcare professional. Any report you export is for your own reference or to share with a professional at your discretion; it is not a clinical record.

The one-time purchase

Hush's core features are free. A single one-time in-app purchase ("Lifetime") unlocks the premium features described in the app. It is not a subscription — you pay once. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on your devices using the same account, subject to Apple's and Google's rules and Family Sharing settings where enabled. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and are set through the App Store and Google Play. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies, not by us.

Your responsibilities

Availability and changes

Hush is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may update, change, or discontinue features. We are not liable for lost recordings or data; you are responsible for managing and, if you wish, exporting your own data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
